Awful Keyboard Sensitivity

I bought the Asus Rog 17bgaming laptop the beginning of September 2024. After a few days of gaming, my characters kept dying in game due to the keys would not fire unless you hit the keys in the middle, corners of keys would not work. The third week, the laptop froze on bios and was unusable.. Asus found no issues hahahaha
