1. It's hurting my back. We're about 2 weeks into using the mattress and both mine and my wife's lower back hurt constantly. It seems to have slightly helped comfort sleeping on our sides, but having both of our backs hurt is terrible.
2. The mattress is too short for a typical platform bed. Our current mattress is a Costco NovaForm that sits about 3-4" higher and is the perfect height for our platform bed.
3. Our Costco bed seems to be more comfortable and does not hurt out backs. We're going to give it a bit more time to see if this changes as you recommend 2+ weeks of use.

I bought this mattress for my son (who is 9 yo) and apparently he thinks the new mattress is too firm...I personally think it's great and definitely the shopping process was easy.
