For the first year; this was a great bed. Then it lost any ability to support my body. I tried turning the bed, flipping it, but to no avail. Don’t buy this bed! Spend your money on something that will last.

While we recommend rotating the mattress every 3-6 months, the mattress is not intended to be flipped as there is a designated top and bottom. The mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty covering any sagging or indentation over 3/4 of an inch. Comfortable, Smells Terrible

Based on comfort alone, this mattress is a great value. However, after 20 days, this thing is still off-gassing. It's nauseating.

Very disappointing over time.

I purchased an original queen sized mattress after having a good experience sleeping on one while on vacation. I slept on it well enough for a short period, but unfortunately, about a year and half later, I can say this mattress hasn't aged well. This mattress is often recommended for side sleepers, which I am, but I began waking up in the middle of the night with extreme soreness and pain in my hips. I tried adjusting where I slept in the bed, making sure to position myself in the middle. That didn't help. I purchased an expensive Tempurpedic topper, and that didn't help either. I wake up in pain every morning and nearly every night; the mattress has disrupted my sleep and exercise schedule. I now find myself in the position of having to make yet another expensive purchase to replace this mattress, which is essentially still new. I'm extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Because of this, we recommend rotating the mattress every 3-6 months to ensure it breaks in evenly.
