Very good experience from speaking on the phone when ordering, timeliness of shipping, ease of unpacking my matress and the satisfaction with the comfort of the two mattresses that I ordered for myself and guests

First time in 25 years both my wife and I love the same mattress. We have been using a Simmons Beauty Rest Black Editon since 2010, and my lower back pain was starting to become a real problem. In the last week since receiving our mattress, literally zero lower back pain. We have already recommended. Purchased 2 so far, 1 king and 1 Queen. We have 2 fulls to purchase, and will be purchasing another King for our other home! Thx
