My brothers and I all have bad backs and this has been great for us! We each have one now and I love that it doesn’t run hot like the Tempur-Pedic.

The ease of ordering was a plus. I received the shipment within the specified amount of time. It was easy to unwrap and place on the bed. There was minimal odor. Started sleeping very well that same night.

Purchasing was simple, and the guarantee/donation policy is cool. I love the mattress so far but might lose my job because instead of waking at 4 am with a backache, I don't want to leave my comfy bed. Price is good. I have not tried other mattresses like these but I think we got it right on the first try.

Still haven't had the bed long enough to write a full review, but so far we are thrilled. Great price, fast shipping, easy to unwrap and sleeping like a baby.
