Don’t buy this mattress

Mattresses are supposed to last a long time. Especially at these prices. We’ve have this mattress for about 3 years now and I cannot tell you the intense back pain it has given my husband and I. At first we loved it! But over time it’s gotten so bad it’s hard for us to get out of bed and we are 31! When we go on vacation or sleep at other homes for a few days we are miraculously fine then when we sleep at home the low back pain comes back. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Hopefully we can save to get a higher quality product soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why change what WAS good?

I have the original model and it is totally different from the new one. You made the new one too soft, it's an inch thinner, and you more than doubled the price. These are all reasons why I donated my mattress and got my money back.

Based on customer feedback we did make the mattress a bit softer in late 2015. That being said, while we would deem anything within 1 inch of the specified dimensions to be in spec, the mattress should still measure at 10 inches. Not So Great After A Few Years

I have owned this mattress for 4 years now. The first year was great. No issues to speak of. The next year I started noticing some issues and the last 2 years have been absolutely terrible. I wake up so tired and sore every day and can hardly get out of bed. Luckily I spend a good amount of time away from home and sleep in hotels. I seriously sleep 10x better in random hotel beds than I do in this thing. After 4 years it no longer supports me, I feel my hips just get swallowed by the mattress, the edge support is terrible, and it is SO DANG HOT! My wife and I learned our lesson, so we are moving on to a household name mattress. We cannot wait for this thing to be out of our house.

Awful

I now have had this mattress a little over a year now and I have to say it’s awful. I suffer with more back pain now then I ever have on even my old 200 dollar spring mattress I had for 15 years. It seemed good at first but after like a month it was bad. Some nights I have to go sleep on the couch cuz I wake up with such bad lower back stiffness and pain. Would not recommend this in any way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only lasts a year.

For the first year; this was a great bed. Then it lost any ability to support my body. I tried turning the bed, flipping it, but to no avail. Don’t buy this bed! Spend your money on something that will last.

We slept on a Tuft and Needle mattress at our friends home in California when we visited them. It was so nice that we ordered one as soon as we got home. This was our second purchase. We bought this for our guest room because our old friends from California were now coming to visit us!

Back problems or recent surgery, this is the mattress for you!

I bought this mattress for my father who just has lung surgery and had difficulty sleeping. Tuft and Needle absolutely helped, the mattress has great firm support but also quite soft and conforms to the body. We also have this mattress and after 6 years the mattress is as good as it was on day one!
