The mattress is firm but not too firm, very comfortable. I am a nurse and often my spinal column is stressed, this mattress helps me to relax and enjoy my rest

The plastic covering of the Cal King mattress lost contain during shipping and it began to expand in the box. I had to peel the box off and continued expansion made the process difficult. I reported this in an earlier survey response and got some lukewarm sympathy in response.

I experience lower back pain sometimes after sleeping on the mattress but it's not consistent. Not sure how it will hold up in a couple years, but the experience has been pretty positive so far. It's very comfortable

It's firmer than I expected by quite a bit. However, it seems to be working for us in that we're waking up better rested without aches and pains! Eventually we may get a topper for it to make it a little taller and easier to get in and out of. But I am happy with the sleep quality I've gotten while using it so far.

The full size mattress is too wide, so it hangs over the foundation and does fit flush. Also, it is so lightweight, it slides when bumped into. If I find a way to stablize it, it is more likely that I will not return it. It is comfortable, but is much too early to tell if it will develop body indentations.

Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in...an upgrade from our plain foam mattress of 30 years!
