We bought a winter condo in florida (we live in MA). There are a LOT of mattress stores down here ... a lot. I said to my husband rather than buy "a pig in a poke" why don't we buy another tuft&needle (that's what we have back home). It was the best decision we could have made. A great product for a great price!

I love the mattress so far. I sleep so much better and wake up with no back pain which was a daily occurrence for me. Delivery was quick and set up was easy.

The mattress is soft yet firm and very comfortable. It was easy to set up and it's extremely convenient to have it shipped to your door.

based on the instructions my bed should have been sealed in the second layer of plastic, my second layer was not sealed, the moment i unwrapped the first layer it was exposed and started expanding, i'm a bit perplexed as to why the second layer was not sealed
