I like the company's story and ethic. I specifically wanted a foam mattress. Other brands are out of my league, financially, but T&N makes a fine product accessible. Most important, I find the mattress very, very comfortable. The best sleeps in ages since it arrived.

It was delivered quickly. I feel good about the guarantee. I'm happy with the quality, but I have only used it for a few nights so far.

It is everything it purports to be. Best of all the California King fits our California King waterbed frame. It's taken us a while to get used to sleeping on a firmer (that is, not a water-filled) mattress, but we've decided we love it. We added a heated mattress cover to make up for the loss of the warm waterbed mattress we were accustomed to. T&N is great.
