This is our 2nd Tuft n Needle mattress. My husband is a large man with alot of health issues so he spends a lot of time in bed. We were purchasing a new traditional mattress every year. 4 yr.s ago we purchased a kings size TnN and loved it. This year we decided we wanted a split king adjustable bed so we needed to get 2 twin XL .I will never own anything but a TnN mattress ever again. Oh ya, a friend is enjoying our original TnN mattress which is still like new .

Outstanding comfort

I purchased my Queen mattress 10/11/2017. I sleep alone and I rotate my mattress every 6 months. On 05/31/22 I had a right hip replacement and was in the hospital for 5 days. I had to wear leg massagers on both legs to prevent blood clots and I had to lay flat on my back 22 hrs a day for 14 days. I was able to remove the leg massagers on 06/14/22 but due to other complications I had to continue laying on my back 22 hrs/day for another month. In all I spent 40 days laying on my back. My T&N mattress was consistently cool, firm, supportive and comfortable beyond any expectations! NO sagging! NO indentations! NO decrease in comfort! I LOVE my bed!!! I also have T&N pillows that are equally comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about T&N mattresses and pillows. St age 76 I hope I do not have to purchase another mattress in the future… but if I do, it will definitely be a Tuft and Needle mattress! Thank you for your exceptional quality, customer service and craftsmanship!!

The bed was just a little bit too firm to make my back happy. I contacted Tuft and Needle about potentially replacing it within the 100 night limit, and they came back with a number of options for me. They offered to send me a topper, free of charge, to see if that would help things, and it did! Bed is now perfect. The customer service was amazing.

My daughters love their new mattresses, they said there much more comfortable than there old mattresses and that they have a much better sleep, and wake up in a better mood. A++
