After the "airing out time", the bed is a little harder than I would like. I still like it better than my 'old' one. I would have LOVED it if it had stayed as soft as when I took the wrapper off. I have told others of my satisfaction of ordering and delivery of the mattress. So easy! Shirley in Oregon.

The mattress arrived in the morning and I was sleeping on it by nightfall. Super comfortable.

The mattress is quite a bit firmer than I thought it would be. I am playing with various mattress toppers that I already had on my old bed, and am still up in the air as to whether I am going to keep it or not

The bed is very, very comfy for my teenage son. It might be a little soft for me and my bad back, but I haven't had a chance to sleep on it yet. The only downside so far is the price, although its in line with higher quality retail beds, I was hoping for less for cutting out the middle man. It arrived super quickly and was very easy to set up. Great bed, feels very high quality!!
