This mattress is very comfortable. Lifts you up where you need to be lifted like the lower back. The shoulders rest easy and are not pressing against a hard mattress. Your guarantee is for 10 years so if it lasts that long I will be happy. And the price is so much better than conventional mattresses. So far we are pleased.

We tried to go with a cheaper brand, but the smell ran us out of the house. Tuft & Needle is the better choice. More comfortable and no odors. We were able to use it immediately!

The cooling gel doesn't work properly. Instead, I sleep hotter than ever, so I'll likely request a return.
