This mattress is very comfortable. A little more firm than I had hoped, but my bones ache much less since sleeping on this bed.

Right now I am struggling because the mattress seems to be to build too much heat for me to sleep comfortably. I did not use a mattress cover and there is plenty of air flow under the mattress. I have only been sleeping on it a week, so I will give it more time to see if I can adjust.

It is very comfortable to sleep on and move around...we are 70ish and it was very hard for the 2 of us to remove old temper pedic and put this mattress on..it was heavy too...suggest help even more than two for older adults...
