We’ve had our queen mattress for almost 4 years now and still love it. It’s incredibly comfortable and still in great shape. We’re considering upgrading to a larger size and will definitely be purchasing another T&N.

We bought 2 twins and a king when we moved into our home 7 years ago. We are still loving our king. it does not have depressions. it is quiet when one of us gets up in the middle of the night and it looks great. my husband prefers a little softer bed and about 18 months ago I gifted him a down alternative topper. I like it too, although I wouldn't have thought about it if not for him. My 100 year old mother sleeps soundly in one of the twins. Our guests have not complained. I used to notice a little too much heat on the foam. We don't need a down comforter in winter. I might buy the middle level if I ever need to replace. A Best Buy for sure!

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding the edge support of our T&N Original Mattress. We do not add anything to reinforce the edges of the T&N Original Mattress. When sitting on the edge of the mattress, the lower it is to the floor, the better supported you'll feel. You should notice that you sink in more while sitting on the edge because your concentrated weight is in one spot as opposed to spread out throughout the mattress. Regardless, it should pass the "edge test," which is when you lie down on the very edge of the bed, stiff as a board, you should not feel like you're about to roll or fall off. The mattress should “spring back” once you stand up from sitting on the edge of the mattress.
With the introduction of our Mint and Hyrbid mattresses, we now have a mattress that does offer edge support. We added additional support to the outside edge to make sitting on the edge or lying close to the edge feel more secure.
That being said, if you are not happy with the mattress you can contact our team directly at 877-842-2586 or support@tn.com to start a return within the 100-night trial or to start an exchange.
