Process was smooth, delivery was prompt...might be a 10, but only had a couple weeks to sleep on it...so far, so good

Nice not to have a box spring but I am 68 and I have to toss and turn on the T&N more than with a box spring and mattress. Hip pain is very prevalent in older people so that is why you did not get a 9 or 10

Amazing sleep quality. Good for side sleepers and also straight sleepers. Good cooling mattress. Only if the mattress cover was sold as a bundle, I have now ordered the mattress cover. Great value for money.
