Excellent quality and easy to set up. This was a little bit of an adjustment for my husband who likes a super soft mattress. We are opposite that way and this is a happy medium for us.

Queen T&N Original is sagging---Mint isn't

My wife and I have two homes and two T&N mattresses, and have had very different experiences with them. We bought a Mint (queen) mattress nearly three years ago for one home. About 16 months ago we bought an Original (also queen) for the other home. We've spent roughly comparable amounts of time at each home since. But even though the Original mattress is less than half the age of the Mint, after a few months it started sagging significantly where I sleep. (I'm bigger than most people, but nothing out of the ordinary---6' 1" and 210 lbs. My wife finds the Original less comfortable than the Mint in another way---it's harder---but she's much lighter and the sagging doesn't affect her.) I rotate it from time to time, which helps for a few days, then the problem recurs. I have had previous mattresses that sagged similarly, but only after much longer. And the Mint has not had this problem even though it has been slept on quite a bit more. I can only conclude that the Mint is a much higher quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Mint mattress does have an extra layer which provides a bit more pressure relief than you will find with the T&N Original. Very comfortable. Sleeps cool. Even better than an earlier version I had. I have done a lot research and tried other mattresses and this is the best value on the market and is the most eco friendly and does not have any lingering chemical smell like most other mattresses. I like the extra eco testing and certifications they do on these, and they seem to have a unique foam that is really comfortable and environmentally friendly.

I bought a full sized Tuft&Needle mattress about three years ago and my sleep improved greatly. When I got married, it became evident that my fairly tall husband was going to need something longer so we decided to get a California King. We both get amazing sleep and it is so comfortable. The full went into the guest and I’m so happy we have such nice and comfortable mattresses. It was a great purchase!

This is my 3rd (!) Tuft n Needle mattress purchase. I now have one in each bedroom. This one slightly different than the first two. It's not as thick, but still provides the quality support I am used to. I think Tuft n Needle mattresses are the best.
