Great mattress -- terrible delivery experience

We LOVE the mattress. Love love. This is our third (guestrooms, etc), tuft & needle and we're really thrilled. HOWEVER, the "white glove" delivery was a nightmare. First the website for scheduling was broken, then it was scheduled, but the window for delivery was 13 (THIRTEEN) hours on a particular day. Then they were supposed to call 30 minutes beforehand and didn't. And finally they were supposed to unbox and set up the mattresses and they left the boxes, unopened in the rooms. T&N refunded the delivery fee, but it was still a stressful and unfortunate experience with the brand.

I stayed at an AirBnb and this was the mattress they had! I obvious looked for a tag after sleeping in it. I got 7 nights to test it out and ended up buying one once I got home from vacation. I had been looking for a bed so it was perfect timing. My mattress had been making me so unaligned to the point where I was at the chiropractor every 4 weeks. This matress has changed my life and my hips feel amazing. I was constantly sore but not anymore. Would recommend to anyone.

Way better than other memory foam mattresses!

It's always a harrowing experience buying a mattress. Tuft and needle makes that process easy!
We are now a whole family of tuft and needle mattresses! Although, I should have picked the more expensive slide sleeper model, the original model is very comfy. Way better than the locally made memory foam mattress I had previously! Tuft and needle's foam selection is top notch and allows the mattress to conform to your body. As mentioned, if you're a side sleeper spring for the more expensive one, I wish I did.

Mattress is very nice. Alas, it is way softer than hoped. Still giving it some time (within 100 days). It’s a five star mattress if you don’t like a firm mattress. For me it’s three stars due to softness so I split the difference for a four star rating.

Have only had my new T&N original for less than a month but I am very pleased so far. It is a king so I paid for the delivery (which included removal of the old one) and it was worth it. Great service!

We bought our king sized T&N right before we moved in our house, so it’s been over 5 years used. It sleeps like it did on day 1. It took a couple weeks to get used to, as it is a firm mattress, but now? Getting into this bed is the BEST part of my day. It’s incredibly comfortable, my back pain has subsided (from years of sleeping on a super soft mattress). I came on the site to check out their blankets and sheets. This is an honest, not paid, not endorsed review. T&N is our mattress provider for life. As soon as my daughter is big enough for a twin, T&N will be our only option.
