I always think there's room for improvement (and conversely, room to do worse), so I rarely rate things at the ends of the spectrum. We've been very happy with our mattress, especially the price point. I've noticed that I am not woken up in the middle of the night every time my partner rolls over.

It is made in USA. It is affordable. It has fewer chemicals. It is clean. Doesnt contain fiberglass. It ships fast. There are few choices so it is easier to chose.

Buying experience was good. However, The mattress is softer than described. This confirms many unhappy reviews on line
Please send this suggestion to your CEO. : create the mattress with layers of foam so that one side is medium soft ( existing) and flip it over for a more firm feel. You’ll avoid a lot of your unhappy customers.

Fit my needs, and was able to use the existing box spring. Now that I read some reviews I probably should move to a platform arrangement though. Somewhat concerned with actual life of 6 years, vs 10 year warranty thus why it's an 8.

Most comfortable mattress I’ve owned. It’s surprisingly soft but not too soft, and firm but not to firm. You just have to try it, and I’m sure you’ll love it! The price is great and the quick delivery and set up was even better !
