The bed is just okay, but the order processing was a real bummer. I ordered the full package — frame, box, sheets, bed. The bed came, but it was a week (more?) before the other parts came. Kind of hard to use a mattress without something to put it on.

no problem now, still in the honeymoon phase of breaking it in, seems comfortable enough. No hard edges a little different getting used to. Getting the old mattress to the street most difficult, second only to lifting the new box up to the bedroom bed frame. For us older folk, lifting only off-putting part of process. .
