Overall excellent experience. Descriptions, etc. on web site are excellent. Ordering process simple. Delivery was very quick. I quoted "8" only because I typically do not make recommendations of this sort to anyone, regardless the quality of the experience, however-if I did-I would give a glowing recommendation...

I'm not sure if this mattress is firm enough yet. It seems to have gotten a bit firmer than the first night we let it out of the plastic bag but I am finding that I really do need a firm mattress. I actually sleep better on cheap solid foam cushions,.

Delivery was very quick and putting it out was easy. The mattress seems to be high quality but it's firmer than we like. We're considering returning it and getting something a bit softer.

This mattress is the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept or lounged on! Back pain is gone! I usually end up supporting my back with a thousand pillows with other mattresses but this one changes all that! I work hard 12 hour rotating shifts, so sleep is essential!

Loved the process, super convenient and mattress is affordable and feels like a value but I found it to be too soft.
I will not return it because it is for a guest bedroom and will not be used much but I cannot unequivocally recommend the mattress to friends
