We bought T&F King and Queen mattresses in the past and loved them so bought this Twin one for our child. It feels like the quality has gone down in the past couple years because the Twin mattress doesn't feel as great/firm as the King/Queen does.

Hi J! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we'd be happy to clarify. You're correct, as of 2018 we made a change to our Original Mattress removing half of an inch of the base foam which made it a touch softer and took some of the height off. That said, you don't have to feel stuck with something you don't love. This is by far one of the best mattresses I've ever owned! We spent just as much on a mattress from our local store and it started sagging fromnwhere we sleep innless than one year. The T&N Original mattress we bought also doesn't make us hot at night like the other did! My husband is a stomach sleeper, and it has been perfect for his lower back problems. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a better option!

5 stars for amazing customer service even though the bed didn’t work out for us. My husband and I thought the bed was too firm and when we contacted Tuft and Needle to return within their 100 day sleep trial, Brittany, the representative, offered us a free mattress topper that was also returnable if we didn’t like it. We ultimately declined and Brittany sent us a list of charities we could donate the bed to in our area. None of the charities took used mattresses so Tuft and Needle said we could give it for free to the public. Tuft and Needle are very responsive and customer friendly.

Have the original for almost a month now. Very comfortable. My back was killing me for a while with my old bed. Ordered this bed and my back pain is gone. I’m on my feet for 10-12 hours a day 4-5 days a week with no sit downs or breaks. Yes I work in the restaurant industry. I feel very refreshed when I wake up even if I only get a few hours of sleep. Highly recommend this bed.

I’ve only had the mattress for a few weeks but I’m definitely happy with it. Overall it’s quite firm, with enough give in the upper few inches to conform and be quite comfortable. So no sense of longevity yet, but very happy.

Great mattress! The quality was better than I anticipated. Once I took it out the package it took no time for the smell to go away. The natural products are noticeable. I rated a 4 because sometimes it seems it will sink in the middle but time will tell. I’ve had the mattress for like 2 months.
