Right now I wake up frequently so not super impressed. Delivery and customer service has been noteworthy.

Don’t waste your money

Bought a year ago hoping it would help my back! For the price I spent it’s not worth it! I wish I would have saved my money and bought something else! Most uncomfortable bed I’ve had!

We are actually pretty disappointed. We bought a Tuft & Needle mattress maybe 7 or 8 years ago and loved loved it. We told everyone to buy one. It is firm but comforting, takes pressure off the right places and you can't feel your partner roll around. We decided it was time to buy a new one and throw our current one in the guest room. This new mattress is not the same at all. It is much softer and completely sinks in at the heavier upper body and puts you at an uneven lying position and I hit the bed frame when I try to get out of it. Unfortunately the new mattress ended up in the guest room and we kept the old one we love. Whatever changes have been made to the original mattress are not for the better in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
