I've had my mattress for about 3 weeks now and while it's very comfortable, it's not as supportive as I'd hoped and the body temperature regulation isn't improved from my previous mattress either. I'm currently undecided on whether I will keep this mattress.

The mattress is supportive without being hard. It has eliminated a lot of pain from my daily life. Also, it doesn't hurt that it is very affordable, I have already recommended it to friends and co-workers.

The mattress came in and upon opening did not have a harsh chemical smell. In fact, there was no smell at all. Also, our oldest son has scoliosis and he sleeps so comfortably on his Tuft & Needle mattress. Thank you!

A bit too soft and a bit to warm, my wife described it a "hot quick sand" . We're still in the trial phase, so no definitive answer.
A choice of firmness would be a good idea. Researching all of the companies that are suddenly in the mattress business- I found that most of these foam pads are about 6-7 on firmness scale.
