The bed is fine, firm yet comfortably soft. The bed had a strong smell that lasted at least 48 hours and it still lingers a bit. Other than that it seems to be a good purchase.

Website very clear and understandable. The whole process from beginning to end (researching to purchasing) was seamless and easy. Delivery was as promised. First week sleeping on it....fantastic!

The shipping and unpackaging processes were both very simple and convenient. Plus, the mattress itself is very comfortable but not too limber.

I have a flobed at home and i bought 4 tuft and needle beds for a duplex i just bought, I spent the weekend 3 nights on bed and Iam very pleased with the purchase.

It was super fun to unpack the box and have my mattress grow before my eyes!!! I love the comfort and support of your mattresses. I always sleep well on a Tuft & Needle mattress. And, of course, your reasonable prices are an added benefit to owning this excellent product.
