Got this for my granddaughter. Ease of delivery and setup were big factors. Might be a little firm for my taste though

My Tuft & Needle Mattress is terrific! Not only was the price right, but it was also super easy to set up. I have back, and hip issues so I'm very impressed with the comfort this mattress provides!

The experience with the company itself has been pleasant. However the mattress is more firm than I expected. I am still giving it another week before I decide whether or not we will return the mattresses
