I've already recommended this mattress to friends! There are several things I like about it. The biggest is that I am not worried about inhaling toxic fumes while I sleep. This is what led me to Tuft & Needle as an option to begin with. The mattress is a lot firmer than what I was used to with my TempurPedic but after about a week of adjusting to it, I grew to love it. There was no smell when we unboxed it and we slept on it that night. I like the springiness of it -- that was something that was lacking in my TempurPedic. This mattress is comfortable, priced right, and met all my requirements when shopping. When it comes time to replace my kids' mattresses, we will be using T&N again.

The website is easy to navigate and understand which helps make the purchase process very fluid. They were on time with delivery, and the bed itself was very easy to set up. The first night I slept on it, I woke up the next morning actually feeling well rested. My brother who used to sell mattresses recommended it to me, and I am glad I took him up on his recommendation.
