Even though I've only had it a short time, I find the mattress very comfortable. Easy set up on platform bed and love the lower height than a regular mattress & box spring!

The mattress is softer and more squishy than I had expected. I find it hard roll over. I have a bad back and when lying still the mattress helps a great deal but the level of sink makes rolling difficult and frankly painful. So right now I am feeling very 50/50 about the mattress. And frankly I saved and saved money to buy this and I so wanted it to be everything I had lacked for so long - hence I am hoping this just takes time to get used to.

I have purchased 3 Tuft & Needle mattresses. My first is two years old and still feels great. Basically , this mattress is high quality, comfortable, and is priced very competitively.
