I think your product would be great for most people, but because I have back issues (arthritic lumbar facet joints) I'd prefer a firmer mattress. I'd actually rate it an 8, but price, packaging and shipping get you an extra point.

I'm in the beginning of my tenure with the bed and it is good. But I can't say the subject comes up a lot and I imagine not everyone would like the same mattress I do.

The bed is incredibly comfortable and set up was really easy. Unfortunately my dog peed on the bed shortly after I got it but I was really impressed how easy it was to clean. There is no stain at all, which is a huge relief!

Bought it for my daughter and she doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning because her bed is too comfortable!

Mattress is pretty comfy, shipping worked as advertised. But who knows if the 10-year warranty will hold up, and it was a little pricey, so I’m not sure how the value is compared to other places. Haven’t bought many mattresses.
