Would have been a 10, but like all memory foam it’s warm. But that is the only flaw so far.

We have purchased two Tuft & Needle mattresses, a king size and a double. Both arrived quickly and well packaged. I think people should try this type of mattress out at a store if they are not sure first. The second mattress we got hasn't been as comfortable for the family member for whom it's being used as the first one was, which is just a matter of preference. The quality is great, but I think people should understand the difference in feel between a very firm inner-spring mattress and the memory foam mattress, at least by trying out a similar one, first.

It is just what I ordered. Easy to order and easy to replace. My old mattress was a Tempurpedic. Very similar without the price tag. You have a good marketing strategy too.
