The process was fast, easy, and the mattress is quite comfortable. You are taking a chance, but you take the same chance at a mattress store. Plopping on a mattress in public doesn't tell you much. You need to actually sleep on it to find out how well it works for you. I prefer a softer mattress but I found this one quite comfortable. Definitely recommend.

It was a painless purchasing experience. Relatively easy to set up. It was a little bit of a challenge dragging that 72 lb box up the steps! Once we had it up there, it was easy to put on the box springs. Sproing! Instant mattress. There was no odor at all. Slept on the mattress the first night. It's been great!
