Hi there! Feedback: I am definitely sleeping better than I was with the previous (firm) mattress I was sleeping on, however I’m still not sleeping well. I wake up with a sore lower back and neck and I think I may need something a bit softer. TN was recommended by my former boss among many others and had amazing reviews so I was very excited to get mine and love it. Thank you so much for reaching out for customer feedback. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned and I wake up without back pain which is amazing!
