It doesn't seem to be helping my back any different than our 14 year old mattress which was disappointing. Not only that, but my wifes back now hurts and she has a hard time sleeping. We are trying to give ourselves and the mattress the needed break-in time though...

My back hasn’t hurt since purchasing it, whereas I used to wake up everyday feeling like I got hit by a bus. Price was great. I got the foam topper, and would recommend that as well.
