So far my experience has been quite good. I cannot give a "10" rating until I've had a bit more time with the mattress to see the wear, but I've already recommended it to several people.

Perhaps add to the instructions a caution: If you unroll the mattress too quickly on a surface of loose bed slats, they can dislodge from the bed frame. Result: slats and new (heavy) mattress on the floor within the frame! This happened to me, twice in a row! Still, I love the mattress now that it's situated :-)
