It feels different than my last one

I’ve been a Tuft & Needle fan for years. I purchased my first in 2016. It was the most comfortable mattress in our house hands down. I ordered a new one and it doesn’t feel the same, I think something has changed. Still a great mattress!

Not what it use to be

We have had the mattress for over two weeks. I am not impressed with the quality at this time. We bought it to replace the original mattress that we have had for 8 years. If the quality of sleep does not improve, we will return it. I am very disappointed.
