It's a great mattress. I'm not laying down on it like, wow, this is the most amazing sleeping experience in my entire life. But it is really excellent, and I would absolutely recommend T&N to a friend - especially for the price.

The process was great. Very easy to work with and there was absolutely no smell. My roommate ordered a mattress in a box from another company at the same time and a chemical smell filled his room for a few days. The mattress is firmer than I was hoping, but hopefully it will soften up as its still in its first two weeks.

The carton box delivered to me had lots of stain and very dirty. I felt the mattress had not been vacuum packed well.
It started to get swell as soon I took it out from the box.
Mattress itself also had stain.
