We purchased this mattress when we moved across the country. Previously, my husband and I would develop back pain if we did not see the chiropractor every 3-4 weeks. Since moving and buying our T&N mattress, we're on week 7 without a visit to the chiropractor!

First, it's definitely a good mattress.. Before, I was sleeping on a medium firm futon couch on a home made wood base. I could elevate the head of the futon for sleeping or TV, and I've used a Nikkon magnetic mattress pad for years. Few months ago my legs & ankles cramped badly. Now, I have the T & N mattress on an adjustable base so I can raise both my head and legs. First, I feel the T & N mattress is too soft. Second, my legs are cramping again when I raise the legs. The mattress is sticking up. I think it's because I'm only 5'3" and 130 lbs, I'm too short and not enough weight to lay the foot of the mattress on the adjustable base. Now, I don't raise the foot of the bed. And I'm testing the T & N mattress with and without my Nikkon mattress pad w/ magnets. It slides down because I need to raise my head for sleeping.

The mattress smelled a little bit toxic for the first 2 weeks and we could not sleep on it without getting a head ache. I often do not order foam things because I think it smells like a Chinese factory. The off gassing is complete and we are enjoying our sleep. But you should defintely disclose a "FOAM SMELL" disclaimer so people know.

Our T&N mattress is so awesome. It did take a week or so to break in, and was a little uncomfortable at the time. I asked customer service about the break in time and they sent me a topper to help with my discomfort. You seriously can’t find better customer service than the T&N team.
