I am very pleased with my regular Tuft & Needle queen mattress. I have to admit I was very reluctant about purchasing a mattress in a box, but the price was so reasonable compared to other box mattresses and the guarantee so good that I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did and will purchase another in the near future. Thank you for making a wonderful product and standing behind it!

We replaced our Serra pillow top with the King mattress. Out of the box, there was no smell and it was ready for sleep after a couple of hours. It is firm, can’t deny that. However after about three weeks, it is starting to get much more comfortable.
If I had to do it all over again, I’m probably upgrade to the higher quality.
