The ordering process was easy and the bed came on time as stated. There were no problems with the bed and it popped in to form just like the video showed. No weird smells and we slept great. Now as long as it stays this comfy it will be one of the best beds ever- fingers crossed!

There is no edge support. When I reach to get something from the nightstand, I have to catch myself from falling out of bed.
