Because it has not helped my sleep and because I almost fell out of bed one night when turning over because the sides of the mattress are not supportive.

It is the perfect ratio of soft and firm, and the convince of having it shipped to your door is unreal.

Mattress feels a bit flimsy and doesn’t provide very much support doesn’t feel like it’s going to last more than a couple years

Either Tuft and Needle make the best mattress I've ever slept on, or I was sleeping on a felted bag of rocks previously.
I sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. The mattress gives me just the right amount of cushion to start and then firm as my booty sinks deeper into the mattress.
I sleep on my side and my stomach. So, the mattress provides the right amount of squish and support (also what I look for in a partner) I need to have a great night's sleep.

I bought one for my son 2years ago he still likes it. I bought another and we like it as well. I recommended one to our massage therapist.

mattress arrived in a timely fashion, easy to figure out what to do to set it up, very satisfied with mattress quality and comfort. I like that I was able to use the mattress after just a few hours as opposed to other boxed mattresses that need several days to expand
