The mattress is too soft for people with back issues. I do know a lot of people who like it, but for someone like me with pre-existing back pain, it’s not good. I woke up with a sore back every day with this mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I bought a queen for ourselves, after a year we needed to upgrade to a king and passed it to our 12 yo. This year my 9 yo had been complaining he wakes up with his back hurting so we bought him the twin. Love the bed and the price!

mattress is super comfy. i thought it wasn't going to be super great, based on the price point and the fact that it comes in a box that looks fit more for an ironing board, but the mattress is pretty awesome. i'm sleeping much better now and i don't feel like the mattress is sagging or anything. the topper is actually really great, as well.
