We are completely satisfied with the product and the buying experience. I have back problems and I finally had very good night's sleep after I got the T&N mattress. The price was right--hopefully it won't go up when Serta gets its hands on the company. :) Now we need to buy a second mattress for our spare bedroom.

no pain/tightness when I wake up, but it is a little firmer than I expected which may not work as well for some people

It does get warm. I wish there was also a pillow topper option as well as general pillows.
