The mattress is firmer that stated. It is not medium firm. However the customer service is outstanding and promptly reached a solution. The company is 5 star.

This mattress is phenomenal! It's been over a month now and I still am SO happy every time I crawl into bed! I don't know why we waited so long to change over from our old spring mattress (that was sagging in the middle). I sleep on my back and my husband sleeps on his stomach, this has worked great for both of us!

Bought this for my daughter and she LOVES it!! Alot of thought and research went into selecting her mattress. She's extremely pleased, it's everything it described as being. Delivery was quick. The unpacking of the "burrito " was easy - directions were spot on. And she loves the comfort level- not too soft or too firm. JUST RIGHT!
