Without the topper, it would only be a one star. Both my husband and I woke up with pain every morning. We called customer service, they sent a topper. It has helped, but not enough for us to keep the bed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this bed in the twin size for my toddler and I love it. We bought a regular mattress for his older sibling a year ago and I wish I had gotten the Tuft and Needle. Highly recommend.

This is my Second Tuft & Needle mattress. I was considering going with a Casper, but for the price, it’s just so good. I’ve been sleeping the best I have ever been. It’s so comfortable. I’m very pleased I bought another one.

I won’t lie- this was a lot firmer than I was hoping. I had voiced my opinion via email and Tuft and Needle sent me a topper. This made a world of difference! So comfortable now. My 5 year old and dog also love it- I plan to purchase T&N mattresses for my sons new bunk bed and a dog bed for my schnauzer. Excellent customer service and super happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend.
