Loved it….till we didn’t!

Bought a full size mattress back in 2015, was ecstatic and this was something “new” and different; I mean come on… a mattress in a box!? How cool! Worked pretty well, my 10 year old never complained about it….up until he started getting this nagging cough and constant itching. Dad and I thought maybe mold….tested the walls in the room, every soft surface, had somebody come out and low and behold….they checked under the bed and TONS of sparkly substance was underneath the bed and bed frame. Mind you, the bed frame is metal. We have this frame in every other room of the house. So, we inspected some more….yep…the fiberglass is seeping through the mattress. My son already had major allergies and THIS is just the icing on the cake. Please, beware of what you are buying. Never had an issue up until now. We have never washed the cover it comes with because it clearly states not to remove. He always sleeps with sheets on, and now this…the past four years of wondering why his allergies have gotten worse and worse….all because the bed has fiberglass and now his bedroom is covered in it. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Before 2018 we did use glass filaments in our fire sock but since then we have changed our manufacturing process to utilize a food-grade salt as the fire sock instead. Since we make our mattresses with freshly poured foam, it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home, and you to it. If it feels too firm, adding a topper can be an easy and effective solution to help you sleep your best. Not as good as the orignal we purched a few years ago and sits very low. Seems they took out some of the filling.

Since we make our mattresses with freshly poured foam, it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home. It is worth noting we made a change to our Original Mattress based on customer feedback, removing about .5 inches of the support foam to make it a touch softer. Had for over a year… still in love!

This mattress was a blind buy… and 100% the best thing I ever purchased! Throughout my life, I always struggled with back pain from my mattress. If it was too soft my back would hurt, and if it was too firm my back would hurt. I heard good things about this mattress so I figured I would look into it. But let me tell you. I was very scared I would spend way too much money on the mattress and end up hating it. I’m so glad I stuck with my gut and just bought it without testing! I have never had any sort of pain from sleeping on this mattress. I absolutely recommend if you are someone that likes more medium to firm mattresses because this one is PERFECT!
I will say though, sometimes the mattress feels a little too firm and I wish it was just a teeny bit softer. But either way, I sleep like a baby now 😂

This is actually my second tuft and needle mattress - I bought one several years ago when I still lived at home with my parents, and when I moved across the country I didn't have any way to transport it, but I loved it so much that I didn't bother trying a new mattress, I just bought another T&N. Still so comfortable and worth every penny.

I heard that T&N mattress is firm mattress and hence I purchased original mattress, however the firmness is not as expected. Is it normal or specific issue with the mattress delivered to us.
