The price is great. the shipping is convenient. My only reserve is that there is only one firmness for the mattress. I have a spondylolisthesis in my back and the firmness of the bed is not ideal for me personally. A little less firm would be ideal. It is not terrible so I wouldn't even consider returning the mattress, I just wake up some mornings with my back a little tight. My parents have a Tuft & Needle and it was a little too firm for my mom. Overall I still really like the mattress and the company is great. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone, however, I would just make sure they were ok with the firmness of the bed.

I wanted to love it, but I just don't. It's fine, comfortable, and I sleep well on it, but I think I am just not a foam mattress person. It is just a little bit too mushy when I first sit or lie on it. It's firm enough to sleep on, but I wish I had bought a traditional spring mattress that is truly firm in all respects. I went with this one based on a Wirecutter review that said it was good for people who sleep on their backs and like a firm mattress, but what I failed to take into account is that it is, after all, a foam mattress.

I ordered off of grub hub and the delivery guy noticed my box out side as I waited for our recycling day. He told me he was in the market for buying a new bed contemplating buying this brand. I encouraged him to purchase and explained that it’s the perfect amount of firm and soft.
