Not lasting enough - back pain morning

We have bought this and been using for 3 years. It is not supporting any more and just sinks giving us back pain. If I would have known this product would not last long like this, I might have made a different choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After sleeping on a college dorm "mattress" for four years, I was ready to treat myself to a real bed. I persevered while researching various sites for hours until I found the endless list of positive reviews on Tuft&Needle. A month after receiving my foamy slice of heaven, I have no complaints. Sitting on the bed for the first time induced minor panic because I sunk down pretty far. Immediately, I doubted my medium firmness selection; however, upon laying out in sleeping position, everything evened out and my lower back felt magical. Plus, the price for the quality is unbeatable.

This mattress came super fast! Everything was packaged very conveniently, very easy to get out of the box. The mattress was pretty firm at first, but that's common and will soften as you sleep on it more. We ended up getting a T&N mattress topper which I HIGHLY recommend! It definitely made sleeping more comfortable for us, as we like a slightly softer mattress. We absolutely love T&N and their customer service is superb!

Mattress sinks and can lead to back pain

Hi,
I received my mattress 3 days ago and my wife and I have been using it for two days. Every morning my wife and I have body aches. During the night I roll over several times. The mattress sinks in once you sleep on it. It has that drowning effect. I was so looking forward to this being a great mattress and was willing to pay a good price but I have been disappointed. I am not happy and the wife is not happy.

Really comfortable! Much firmer than I expected, and at first I didn’t think I would like it. However, it’s been a few weeks and my back feels much better, and honestly, I love the mattress!

Best mattress I’ve ever used. Going to sleep has never need a problem for me anymore. I have been getting more sleep than I ever have had in the past. My favorite part is that I can use my basic frame without worrying about taping my mattress to it because it doesn’t move even with me being a restless sleeper.
I would recommend this to a friend!
