We priced out a number of mattresses in a box for our boys and were concerned how they would feel without the opportunity to try them. The return guarantee was a plus but definitely not needed.
The mattresses were soft but firm and very comfortable. My boys love them. We will definitely consider T&N for our King when its time to replace.

We bought the mint King size about a year ago. We were skeptical about buying a mattress that comes out of a box and one that we couldn’t try out before buying but we had other people recommending it that already purchased the mattress so we decided to go for it. It was definitely the right decision! It is so comfortable. It’s soft yet firm. After sleeping on it for a year, there is still no hole or dip in the middle. Before buying T and N, I would go to the chiropractor once a week and get 2 massages a month because I would wake up and my back would be sore and hurt. I have to say, since our purchase of the tuft and needle, I go to the chiropractor about once every six months and get massages once every three months and that’s not because of pain that’s just because I feel better in general afterwards. You will not regret purchasing this mattress. It is the only mattress we will ever purchase from now on. Also, the pillows are amazing as well! Never a hole in the middle from where your head has been.

Love this mattress! Has a wonderful soft top, but with a firm core. I’m a back and side sleeper, and used to wake up with a tightness in my back, that’s just melted away! Absolutely worth it!

I sleep on my daughters mattress some nights with her and it’s still sturdy and comfortable. It’s directly on the ground without a box spring since she’s still learning how to not fall out of bed. It is more comfortable with a box spring or a platform (my son’s is on box springless bed and still comfy but box spring is most comfortable). I’m 5ft6in155lb and she is 33lb.

My original TN queen - my husband is 6ft3in and 195 and he loves it and tells everyone to buy one.
