Although it didn’t work out for us and was a bit too hard and we missed having reinforced edges, the customer service at tuft and needle was top notch and above and beyond in the whole return process. Can’t recommend enough.

I’m obsessed with this mattress! I was hesitant about buying a mattress online, but consumer reports rated these so well, I thought I’d try it out. We bought this for my son’s room and find myself wanting to fall asleep in it whenever I put him to bed. It was delivered quickly and easy to unpackage.

I've been in my T&N for several years now. I sleep in my Arizona room, a screened porch, originally designed for outdoor summer sleeping before AC. This mattress is amazingly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. And so comfy. I'm a side sleeper with neck and hip problems. And I'm frugal. Thanks for the dream mattress.

Our Tuft & Needle Mattress was much more comfortable than expected! We ordered it during the beginning of the COVID pandemic and still received it within 4 days. The unpacking process was incredibly easy and we were able to sleep on it that first night. I called customer service in the beginning of the purchase and they were extremely helpful with helping us decide the best mattress for us; and I definitely agree with the comfort level they gave!
