We love it and are sleeping much better! It was a little firmer than expected for us being side sleepers so we did purchase the mattress topper but with that on top it gives it the firmness we were looking for!

I unboxed my queen mattress on my own, which is totally doable, but an extra set of hands are recommended. I didn’t notice any chemical odor coming from the mattress, and it inflated to its full size within a matter of minutes! The first few nights were like sleeping in a cloud, but over time, the mattress became firmer. I was hoping for a mix of firm, yet plush, but, this mattress is more on the firm side. I contemplated ordering the hybrid at first, but, it wasn’t in the budget. I really should’ve sprung for topper to make this bed PERFECT. I feel supported while laying in it and it’s holding up beautifully. It’s a great mattress. I’d definitely buy again, but I’d save for the hybrid. If you want a quality mattress at a fair price, the original model is where it’s at. I’d just suggest if you want a layer of plushness, get the topper. I wish I had.

This is our second T & N mattress. The first one is still in use, we put the new one in our other room. Our whole family loves these beds. We like using the original bed with a topper. Our first one is still going strong after 3 years.
