This bed is just the right balance between soft and firm. There is just enough give so that my body is supported but not so much that I feel like I'm sinking. I am primarily a back sleeper, but on the occasions I lie sideways or even on my stomach, it can accommodate me well enough. The mattress also does a good job of staying cool and aerated.
