This is my second mattress from Tuft & Needle and I am very happy with my purchases. I added a topper to both of them and then it is just the perfect amount of firmness for me.

Not firm. I easily sink into this if I sit on it. No edge support. Probably okay for the price but looking into a refund.

Previously had a Casper mattress that quickly became saggy and soft (right after the in-home trial period end!) So far we’re happy with the firmness of Tuft & Needle and hopefully it stays this nice.

Very firm out of the box, but breaks in nicely after a few weeks. Has more support than your average boxed foam mattress, though. Great customer service and quick delivery time.

My partner and I went from sleeping poorly to sleeping the best we have ever slept. Maybe even sleeping too much! The mattress is very soft and comfortable, and it’s not too hard to move around on like some memory foam beds. It is very well made and super high quality. Not to mention it is safe and environmentally friendly which is important to us. We really love this mattress and would recommend our friends and family in the market for a new bed to try this one.
